Daniel Li is an Analyst at the Strategic China Policy Group. He is currently based in London, where he researches China’s emerging technology sectors and export control policy. He previously researched China’s application of digital technology for domestic surveillance and international security at Washington think tanks, and conducted graduate research on China’s defence policy in the UK.
